I use her for all my alterations and I have never had a problem. From hems, taken in waists, alternating straps for me and my daughter. Work is great. Quick turnover and priced reasonable.

I like her but I did witness her telling someone she was closed when the sign clearly says she is open on Saturdays... Saturdays from 10-5. She told me she was open on Saturday but closing at 3. I think she just didn't want to correct the issue he was having with her in a day.
