Recently had my son's car serviced at Kuhn's Honda Volkswaon and I must say that my experience was one that I havent had in a long time. Matt Armstrong and Tom in the service dapartment are GREAT guys. Courteous, professional and people oriented. Matt was the service tech I worked with. Had to leave my car for a few days, he gave me a rental to use. First time that has happened for me at a car dealership. I didn't purchase the car from Kuhn's, however, I was treated like a part of the family. My son's car is a 1999 Volkswagon Passat which needed some major work done it. They even cleaned the car up before returning it to me. I am in the process of finding a new glove box for the car. I am presently looking for one from a Junk yard. The mechanic (Tom) who thought he had one that would fit offered to place his in my son's car. Howeveer, the glove box he had didn't fit. Matt and Tom told me if I find one Tom will install it for me. Can't say enough good things about these guy

The salesman lie, the finance folks are rude and there is no place to park. Don't waste your time.

Bottom line is that your staff is courteous and knowledgeable and that is what has kept me a repeat customer at Kuhn VW/Honda.

this was our last stop after an all day search for a used car. Very happy we stopped instead of going home, all the staff we came into contact with were great. Candy worked with us tirelessly trying to find the right car for us, never trying to sell us on something we didn't want, even had another manager come out to talk to us about the details on an car we didn't know much about, which was good because we then decided it wasn't for us-no pressure. Even the negotiation process was easy and simple. I would recommend this dealership to anyone i know looking for a car.

I loved working with Patrick! I did a lot of communication with Patrick over the phone before buying my car. Patrick tracked down my car from another dealer and made sure it got to Kuhn Honda in time for me to buy it, which was about 36 hours later from our first conversation as I was in GA at the time. Patrick is wonderful...he has made sure that I understand how everything works in my car considering normally that would be my husband's job but since I'm a military wife and my hubby has been away...Patrick made my experience very relaxing. I bought my 06 Honda from Kuhn and go there for all my service. I've never been anything other than completely impressed with them. I even took my daughter there to buy her car and she has all her service work done there as well.
