I have been in this shop many times and while I am waiting for my car to be repaired, I listened to what they tell other customers as they came with their car repair woes. The owners are very honest and show people what the costs will be up front. They also use warranty parts that are guaranteed. I did not hear one person complain about the repair or the price. I will continue to have my car serviced with them as they give personal attention to all their customers. It is nice to know that there are still auto shops like this one in the Tampa area that are customer focused and honest. I look forward to making sure my care is repaired safely in future visits.

I'm a 20 year old girl who knows jack about cars. So of course my 89 Ford had been giving me some problems that I felt I needed to address. I first went to a car dealership right up the road and they were down right awful. I felt like I had walked into trailer park central. So I left. This place was right up the road so I decided to check it out, and I am so proud of myself for doing so! The gentlemen here are amazing! After the free inspection was over, Phil went over basically everything with me, any question I asked he answered and was very sweet about it (I had a lot.) He explained what certain parts did, how they become damaged, EVERYTHING. Everyone who works there has good manners! With my car being older I have personally been to a lot of auto shops and this place is the only place I will be going to from now on. I haven't been this impressed with any other auto shop. If you're looking for good prices and professionalism combined into one, this is the place!

These guys are great! I had an estimate to replace my water pump from another shop for $300. These guys did it for $80 and I bought a pump for $50. Plus they did it in the same day and I got my truck to them around 2 pm. Highly recommend for anyone looking for affordable car repair services.

I was having issues with an used car I bought. I was so worried that it was going to cost me an arm and a leg or be unfixable. I walked into the place and already felt at ease. I was given an estimate from another facility for around $800.00 and Kool Air Automotive did the same work for around $436.00. They stand by their word to save the customer 20 to 40% off any written estimate.
