This is one of the best yarn stores in Florida and I've been to many, many yarn stores worldwide. They have a wide variety of yarns - from acrylic to cashmere - a lot of patterns, needles and other gizmos every knitter needs! It's well organized, the stock changes often and all budgets will find a lot of beautiful yarn. Best of all, the shop is set up for sitting and knitting and there is almost always someone at the table or on the couch knitting and of course, talking. The salespeople are very knowledgable and Caroline, the owner, is great and very helpful. They have a computer to make patterns and look up information on the internet. They have good snacks and coffee, too. For the advanced knitter - or the beginner - this place is great. A lot of variety, good website, frequent sales and help. What more could you want????

Wonderful place to sit 'n knit. The people are friendly & helpful. I've taken several classes and learned a lot. Great selection of beautiful yarns--it's like being a kid in a candy shop. I've had projects saved by the "knitting klinic" help.

poor customer relations

I called and had them hold a #2 circular knitting needle (needed to knit on an airplane) and sent my son in law to pick it up as I could not make it before their closing time. That night I went to move my knitting on to it and found that it was a #3 needle. Needless to say my knitting stayed home. When I came back one week later, I took the needle in (with receipt) and they refused to exchange it. I would not do business with them again.
