I was not impressed with the professionalism of this groomer. She called to confirm my appointment the day before my cat was to be groomed and asked if I had an outside plug at my apt complex. I told her that I did not and she said that she had a 100 ft extension cord that could be plugged into the wall inside my apt. for power. Then the next day, when she did not show up at the 11 am appt time I called to inquire as to what was going on. She told me that she had called multiple times that morning and was not able to reach me because my phone was disconnected (this was the same phone I was calling her on). She then told me that she would be unable to groom my cat due to the parking at my apt complex (bad excuse). There is plenty of parking at my complex and the 100 ft extension cord would've reached into my apt. If she did not want to or could not groom my cat she should've just been professional and told me that she couldn't do it. Not waste half of my Saturday for nothing.

Awesome groomer. Genuinely loves your pet like it was her own.
