He does not give his patient any info about what progressions or expectations he wants you to achieve in therapy. He REFUSED to my face to fill out my Disability paper work saying " NO ... I will not sign off on those papers." Well I told him those papers are the only means of income for me, and how am I supposed to pay him. Finnally his staff said they would do it. For $25 per disability paper form & each month. Even after an $80 co-pay each month. That would be $200 a month out of pocket & I cannot work. He is so full of himself & does not listen to his patients or care about there finances.
