Our chefs are personally selected by Chef Justin Murphy, an acclaimed chef in Tampa, FL with more than ten years professional experience. Chef Justin is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University Miami campus and has worked at several of the finest restaurants in South Beach including Nemo, The Blue Door at the Delano hotel, the Gaucho Room, and the Palm Grill-Key West. Justin has also apprenticed with several nationally known chefs including Norman Van Aken, Robin Haas ,Michael Schwartz, Marc Ehrler and Allen Susser. Celebrities and Professional athletes such as Carson Daly, Billy Joel, Cindy Crawford, Chris Tucker, Carrot Top, Gloria Estefan, Chipper Jones, David Lee Roth, John Hiatt, and Andy Garcia, have all enjoyed Chef Justin's cuisine over the years.
