Today I received a call from Karen who stated she worked with Jan Pro here in Tampa. She stated she called a year ago and is now calling again to speak with the GM whom was here the prior year but is no longer here. I asked her what it was in reference to and she kept asking for other people. I told her I am the Office Manager what is this call in reference to. Then she preceded to solicit this company's service after being very rude. I stopped her sales pitch and told her that I did not like how this conversation started and how she was evading my questions. She then hung up on me. I would not want to do business with this company because they are letting employees work there that are not forthright and hang up on their customers when we call them on it.
Do not use this company! We used Jan Pro Cleaning services to clean our restaurant kitchen because we were sold nothing but lies by a slick salesperson who was well versed in commercial cleaning. The workers who actually showed up to clean the kitchen did not know commercial kitchen cleaning. When the kitchen employees came in the next morning, the refrigerator was unplugged which cause loss of food and when they lit the gas oven and cooktop the grease that they didn't properly clean started a grease fire. Luckily the employees were able to put out the fire. But beware of this company and do not use them even if the salesperson overwhelms you with her knowledge, they then send you people who know nothing who they just contract the work out to.
