We had Jaime AC install a new Trane system in our Westchase home. They did an outstanding job. The work ethic of the installers made me feel guilty just seeing them work. I kept offering them a drink, something to eat, etc. Always a polite decline and they kept working straight thru and got the job done in 1 day. The price they offered was about $1000 better than others for similar models. Please do yourself a favor and give Manny a call if you're needing to get A/C work done. You'll save yourself alot of wasted time with other shady companies giving you the run-a-round.

2/4/2012 I would like to thank your men for a great installation. My wife was very happy with how clean they kept our home during this difficult renovation here. We had no hand prints on our wall at all. (A huge item with us). The new system cools fast and it's very quiet do to the new duct work you installed. Now all our rooms are the same temperature as promised. We got a new trane system for the price less then other company who priced us on the low seer ones. I live in East Lakes in Oldsmar Fl. I had a local AC company (NOT Jaime) come out to price a new system for me. This guy was here forever. The price started at $9789.00 and after he called his boss and they found one that someone canceled and other stories he dropped to $6800.00. He would of had no problem stealing an extra $3k from me if I said yes. Beware of Ac company with YELLOW trucks from Oldsmar. I found jaimie via a friend they came out and priced the same trane brand system for $5500.00 with no dog and pony show. They came the day they said they would. No deposit was required for this work :). They came and instaled in in one day. I was amazed I did not have anything to clean up when they left. They also did all of my warranty paper for me. Thanks to Manny Parad their install manager.

I must say I never write a review when i am happy with a purchase. I normally write when they mess up but Jaime AC has just installed a new Bryant system for me. I got proposals from a few of my local dealer and Home Depot. The sales person they sent did not try to sell me. he explained the brands availble for my home as well as the size and the model. he was the only one who measured my home to be sure I had the right size. All of this took less then an hour and he exposed a bunch of myths the other dealers made up for me. The system i chose was a Bryant two stage model that is now keeping evry room in my home at the same temperature. The install took 7 hours and the double sealed all of the ducts and put aplaster like seal on it. I needed a new duct box, plywood stand and electrical breaker and never charged me extra for it.

Jaime Central did a great job in our home in Westchase. We had 5 bids for the same Trane brand system. We have gas heat in or home with ac unit outside. They had Manny Parad from Westchase come out to our home and explain which system was the best one for us to buy (not the best one the others companies wanted us to buy) He measured our home, took pictures of the system the installers came in and was instructed what to do by the sales guy. They finished the same day great job clean house. Saved $1000 on the same system quoted by others.
