I have never been treated so rudely by a stylist. Lorelley’s is totally unprofessional. During my second visit with this stylist I was told twice why did I come to her shop? I asked for a very a simple and routine style- a roller set, where you wash, roll, dry the hair then style. She grew irritated when I asked if she could blow out the roots of the hair and told me I keep changing what I wanted. She increased her price in the midst of doing my hair saying that it was much longer than she thought-although she did no extra work and I explained to her the length of the hair prior to coming to her shop. She did acknowledge how unprofessional she was by saying, "You’re right, that was mean. I'm sorry, my nerves are bad today." It was 6 am in the morning; by the conclusion of my visit, my nerves were bad too. I paid her as I refused to argue with her. She has lost a customer and I will be sure to spread the word on her unprofessionalism towards customers.

I just moved to Tampa in January and I needed to find a new salon. I went to a Woman's Worth and got a relaxer that looked as though I'd done my own hair at home. I was furious.



If you want healthy and beautiful hair, go to Images Hair Salon. At Images Hair Salon, they can handle all different hair types, they use Paul Mitchell products, and my hair looks fabulous. It's shiny, full of body, and is healthy. When scheduling an appointment, I would recommend asking for Lorellys. She's friendly, funny, very knowledgeable, and one of the best stylists in Florida that I've been to and I've lived in the state for 14 years in 4 different cities.
