I decided to stop in the Ai Sushi for lunch while I was in Tampa this past week. The food was awesome but could not get past the atmosphere that was dirty and had signs everywhere with rules to follow. It was not exactly what I was expecting for the neighborhood it is located.

Horrible, slow service. Server gave us a small jug of water to fill ourselves. Food took 30+ minutes to come. Food was not good. Will not be back.

Haveing spent 3.5 years in Japan with a japanese wife we know good japanese food this by far is one of the best around.Small and casual with a welcoming staff. Haveing sushi & sasemi it was fresh and firm like it sould be the rools were done superbly we have trid several others this will be the only one we will return over and over "SAYONARA"
