The Hillsborough Engineering Services division is a division of the public works department. The division programs short, mid, and selected long-range transportation and storm water requirements for unincorporated Hillsborough County, Fla., through the development and implementation of sustainable master plans and multi-year programs, in coordination with the Hillsborough Planning and Growth Management Department. The engineering division designs and constructs quality transportation and storm water capital improvement projects and non-CIP projects, and implements repair projects and specialized services through in-house forces. It also provides design and engineering support to all of public works, other departments and its residents as directed. The Hillsborough Engineering Services division is located in Tampa, Fla.
