I get a half delivery(partial) the first time. Even though G & G screwed up, they make me wait a full 7 days to deliver again. The first time was smooth and professional minus the missing half the order. The 2 delivery guys were fantastic and as helpful as possible and fully install the fridge. The second time was the absolute worst case scenario!!! Guys show up and speak nothing but spanish.....not the worst problem but my wife is told that they will not install the oven as well in broken english. The invoice they give us states they will install the oven, the invoice from the retail company also states full installation of oven and fridge will be provided. The last delivery was full installation but this one is not, give me a break. If only the original guys had the whole order! Anyways, next, the wife says the guy pretends to call the warehouse and instead calls a friend and says they said no install, just leave. Then he shoves a phone at her and says here you need to sign for these 5 questions. The questions are all in spanish, which she can't read, and he has already answered them himself and won't let her change any of the answers. After they leave, she calls the warehouse and gets Tina, who says, "no we do not install ranges, it is a liability." Um, you are a delivery company, how the F do you not have coverage for liability?? Then why did you install the fridge last time? This organization is total pond scum and pathetic losers!!! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!! Never again dirtbags!!!

I purchased a sofa from an online distributor which uses G&G Delivery Service of Tampa to deliver goods in my area (I live in St. Petersburg, FL.) On Friday 11/30/18, I received a call from G&G Delivery notifying me that my shipment would be delivered to my home on Monday 12/3/18. The representative asked all of the pertinent questions (gated community, up/downstairs, home/apt.. etc.) Then she stated "someone" would contact me later that day to provide a "window" time of delivery. Later that day, I received the second call from G&G as stated, but from an automated service stating my delivery would arrive to my home between 430-730pm.. ok, no problem. On the day of delivery, I received a call from the delivery driver that they were in route to my home and will arrive there in 30 minutes (it's 1:15pm) and I'm at work. I explain to the driver that I was expecting them between 430-730pm and now I had to scramble to have my husband meet them at the home to accept the delivery. I call my husband and within 5-7 minutes of the conversation with the delivery driver my 16y/o calls and reports that the delivery driver had arrived, unloaded the sofa in the living room and was leaving. I asked my 16 y/o to put the driver on the phone. I spoke to the driver and asked if he could wait just 5 minutes so that my husband could arrive to inspect the delivery for any damages in the event the sofa would need to be returned and he agreed. I quickly called my husband who stated he was a block away from our home. Needless to say, the driver did not wait he boarded his truck and left. My husband being a block away managed to catch them as they were attempting to leave at the corner of our block and asked them to come back to the home for the inspection of merchandise and they agreed to turn around....THEY DID NOT! The driver lied. We called G&G and spoke with Tina a supervisor for the company who was less than professional as I attempted to explain how G&G gave us a window that meant nothing and rendered useless as they decided to arrive when they chose to. Not to mention, the fact that they delivered to my minor child vs. an adult and finally how they failed to wait for the inspection of the merchandise prior to leaving it. Bottom line, I contacted the distributor and lodged a complaint as G&G should not even deliver a lollipop let alone anything of real value. My overall impression of G&G Delivery is that they present as unprofessional, unskilled workers that lacks integrity, communication skills and basic humanity. Placing/posting my satisfaction of a product/service isn't typically my cup of tea, but after paying quite a bit for my purchase and the way G&G handled my family and our purchase was utterly disrespectful. Take Note: G&G, enough complaints like this from dissatisfied customers will yield you to be "moved out" like companies such as Sears/Kmart, Circuit City, Montgomery Wards, Blockbusters, Polaroid, Borders, Texas Instrument, Compaq, Pan Am and DHL!
Keep it up and G&G will be extinct like the dinosaurs. (Ha ha!)

Don't know this contract company g n g svcs, very well but I do have first hand knowledge that they short employees paycheck and when they speak up they get fired. Now trying to take steps to receive the proper pay owed. Odd as it is that the boss said not to mention about missing a days pay to one of his employees because "she" would get mad and it won't do any good". Would be interesting if this happens often or just to the Newbies.

By far one of the worst experiences I've had dealing with a company. They were subcontracted to deliver 2 mattresses. At the end of the day, they brought one, wouldn't remove the one they were paid to remove, and left my king size in the back bed room leaning on the wall without delivering the new mattress. When we called to rectify the situation no one picked up; however, they miraculously answered the phone at 4:00 pm when it was the end of the business day on a Friday when nothing could be done. Their idea of a fix was to offer to remove the king size mattress when they deliver the new mattress (which was already a part of the purchase anyway). So we had to wait until the next week for our mattress, even though we wanted it in time to accomodate my wifes surgery. Not a good representation of what was previously reviewed as a 5 star company. I'd stay far away...

a g&g delivery service brought me my 55 in, $2200. tv set yesterday. i hope the is the me. they were great. professional, courteous, accurate, and fast. a hope the owner keeps these employees for as long as they want. great service.
