I have been a patient of this facility for a few years now and I must say, this place is the best! Especially Marcie!! She is an incredibly caring individual, very knowledgeable and quite the diagnostician. I would recommend this practice to anyone. If I had to pick some things that I felt could be handled different, it would be their policy on faxing info to another medical providers office (They won't and that is inconvenient) and their policy on accepting former patients of Dr. Sotrop. I do not know what that issue is about, but I know someone who is a former patient of Dr. Sotrop from years back, they have not been to Sotrop in YEARS, and they are looking for a new primary physician and GMS- Florida West Coast, refuses to allow them to become a patient.
