I don't recommend this place for anyone to rent, it is roach and vermin infested, the landlord never sprays for infestation, code enforcement should shut the place down, repairs are minimal, and the septic tanks are hardly ever emptied, unless there is an extreme overflow. There is laundry room on premises, and washers, and driers aren't allowed in the Mobile Homes. The stoves are very old, and there are no dishwashers in any of the Mobiles, I would any place else in the world to live would be better
