It all started well with excellent advice and information being provided prior to submitting a mortgage application. However, the application process was a nightmare with a huge amount of information having to be needlessly submitted twice, additional requests for information kept coming right to the end when it could have been requested from the start They missed deadlines (like the mortgage approval deadline for an offer we had on a house) they knew about from the start and set false expectations that the deadlines would be met. Not a pleasant experience.
