What a rip off. I arrived at Tampa Airport and had to take a shuttle to the Econo lot. Then I was told I had to buy insurance because Florida required it and that is a LIE! Then because I didn't have my actual "insurance policy" (not just my insurance card but the actual Policy Documents) I had to either buy insurance or pay a $1,000 deposit. I was in line for hours. Then they gave me a car with a 1/2 full tank but the form said it was a full tank. I took a picture of the gas gauge and odometer and I am sure they will charge me when I return it half full. Go elsewhere - I will never rent a car there again.

Horrible wouldn't recommend to anyone!! The management are very un professional, the worse rental car place I've ever rented from and I rather use public transportation then give Econo my money!!

I rented a car from Econo while my car was in the shop they gave me a great rate and everyone was very helpful.

Needed to rent a vehicle while mine was in the shop everyone was super friendly and helpful. Helped me rent a vehicle that was affordable and nice.
