I called for an appointment a week ago and immediately got one for today. The receptionist, nurse and PA were most helpful, pleasant, courteous and performed a procedure and will see me again in two weeks. The Tampa office sends out staff to SUmterville Fl which is 7 miles from my home.

I called for an appointment and was able to get in the next day. The nurse and PA were pleasant and knowledgeable. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I was given directions to a great Greek restuarant, Thanks Everyone!!

I hated this place...took my baby there and the biopsy they took was much larger than they originally told me and once I realized it was too late. The nurse did not wash her hands in front of us before touching the razor they used to cut on my daughter...luckily I caught it in time and asked her to place steralize the tool. The room we were in look very unclean as well. We specifically went to a further location they had to see the doctor instead of NP and ended up with a physician's assistant doing the procedure on my daughter. I left their office in tears and never will return there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the BEST experience with Dr. Norman and his staff. They were so friendly and caring. They really helped with my skin problems. I would definitely recommend them!

do not go here. they will give the run around and not live up to their word. they also overcharged my insurance for a procedured when I know what was quoted to me for the procedure. I also was charged for an office when they were out of what was needed for the procedure. I was told my co-pay would be refunded but I still have not gotten it refunded. If you are smart you will stay aware from Dr. Norman.
