Beautiful office.Welcoming and professional staff. Great Doctor. He did an amazing job for me and my daughter who is usually terrified to go to dentist. But this Doctor made her relax . Great experience. Im sending my mom now.

Nice office building and convenient to New Tampa, but they need some work on customer service. First appointment I arrived and office was closed. They had gone to lunch and left no sign or little clock saying they would be back at a set time. When I made the 2:00 appointment, they certainly could have mentioned that they close for lunch. No sign, nothing. I had to reschedule. The dentist is a nice fellow, polite, businesslike. Because of a complication, my X-rays had to be printed and brought back. The hygienist left me alone for 25 minutes and did a poor job of communicating the reasons for the delay and what would happen next. The dentist did a good job, but the practice is not customer focused in my humble opinion.
