AS hard as it is to have to leave my four legged children behind when we have to travel, I did not have as heavy a heart when I knew they would be in excellent, loving hands staying with the Cross Creek Animal Medical crew :0) It is such a huge relief to know that my dogs are not only being well taken care of while I'm away, but it is so comforting to know that they are getting all the love and attention they truly need.



Thank you, once again, Cross Creek Animal Medical Center for doing such an amazing job and being truly committed to doing it at such an exemplary level! You are all incredible people who I count as not only my vet who helps me take care of my four-legged children, but I consider you as part of my family as well!

I have been going to this vet since they opened. Wonderful staff and so caring. They were so wonderful when my Chris passed and when we lost our puppies. I haven't even seen my doctor get emotional when he is giving back news. My pets are always so happy to see everyone there. The staff is very complete when explaining what is needed during the visit and they are always reminding me of what is due or coming due. With my busy life this is helpful. I have heard people complain about the pricing and it may be a bit higher then other places but so is my doctor's office. I don't mind paying more if I know my pets are being taking care of the right way and that I am being thoroughly informed. DON'T YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN CARE OF THE RIGHT WAY AND KNOW EVERYTHING THERE IS TO KNOW ABOUT YOU? MY PETS ARE WORTH IT!!!!!! THEY ARE MY FAMILY AND IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO TAKE CARE OF THEM THE BEST THAT I CAN. IF NOT WHY EVEN HAVE A PET. YOUR NOT DOING THEM ANY GOOD.!!!!!!

An Excellent and caring Dr on staff who cares for your pets as if it's his own. Dr Hodge will take the time to go over all your questions and be thorough in all the needs of your pets. I brought both my babies there for 5 years and Dr Hodge and staff give you the best care. I have had many various medical issues with my labs and he took a lot of time and energy to do what is best and most importantly be a doctor not a quick clinic to rush me in and out. I recommend Cross Creek Animal Medical Centre and if you love your pets so will you.

Cross Creek was good with our dogs and cat as far treatment went, but lacking in boarding skills. We picked up our dogs from being boarded for a couple days and when we were paying our bill we were told that there was an additional charge of $50.00 for a worming pill. Our dogs were worm free and we were not contacted before the pill was given. This was $50.00 for ONE pill. The dogs stank and the staff had lost their blankets to sleep on and gave us someone elses, which we returned. We never went back and found a vet in our area.
