I have a Gateway NV53 with a black screen. Not only did they repair it, they even cleaned the entire laptop. It also has increased speed. Good value for what I paid. Very reasonable.

Fast, reliable and really good costumer service

I bought a computer from this place not even a year ago from today, and I've had to take it back for a mother board repair twice and a hard drive repair once. After the last mother board repair that took almost a month and a half to do, I had my laptop for about two months when the mother board fried again. I refuse to give them any more money than what I already have! I come to find out that the laptop itself was recalled by HP and this store was still selling it to me! NEVER AGAIN!!
