great place, love the staff they are so friendly and helpful, the products are great my skin is so much better my dark spots are almost gone:) my mother and I love it

I've been going here for over a year and couldn't be happier!! The staff is very professional and all services have performed over and above my expectations!They are always running specials that make it very reasonable to continue to enjoy all of their services.

I purchased a Groupon "Lash Extension" full set and refill. I had the service yesterday and I am so very disappointed I am having the set removed today. They Groupon on did not specifiy that this is NOT individual lashes but a group of lashes which the technician glued ALL together. Yes, my left eye has ONE huge eyelash so I look like I am trying to impersonate a drag queen . . . not a good look for me! The right eye isn't so bad but it still looks awful. The lashes start and stop in an unnatural placement making me look crazy. I could have bought eyelashes at a drug store and had my 14 year old stepson put them on for me it would look much nicer. When I called this morning to have these things removed it took me almost 4 hours to actually talk with someone. They never called me back, I just had to keep calling only to get there answering maching which stated our hours are 8am - 5pm . . . . but no one is there to answer the phone - seriously, not a way to run a business and

I wouldn't recommend this spa. First their message stated they were open on Saturday's by appointment only, and then when I spoke to a worker they said that is not true. I purchased vouchers and they didn't even know vouchers were being sold for a special rate. Trying to make an appointment during their operating hours was near impossible as they are only open M-F 8am-5pm, which is when most people are working. There are many others spa's in Tampa that have better customer service and are client friendly.
