Our garage door wouldn't open so we called Certified at 900AM and Kevin was here by 12PM. He quickly found the problem, explained the operation of the door and made some suggestions.We took him up on his ideas and the door is working like new. He even programmed our outside keypad for us. Great service and a reasonable price as well.

Garage door wouldn't open after closing. Called the company around 9am on 2/14/2014 and they said some could be out after 3:30pm. Ian called 10 minutes prior to arrival a little before 4pm. Ian said there were 3 springs and pointed out the broken one. He replaced all three 12 year old springs and did the door adjustments in less than an hour, $280; well worth it. Ian was fast, friendly and courteous. I plan on using them again in the future when the opener breaks.

Called them at 11:00 AM and they scheduled to come out and repaired my 2 car garage door broken springs the same day between 3:00 and 5:00 PM. He showed up just after 3:30 and took care of everything, no hidden charges you pay exactly what told on the phone. He even pointed out that my metal wheels were going out. They made a lot of noise, and he changed them with new neoprene quite wheels and charged 50% less then the normal price because I took care of it while he was there. Great professional work and they used top quality parts. The las company used galvanized springs and the metal temper is poor and they only lasted 2 years.

Ian and Kevin have been to my home 2x in the past year to fix both of my doors. Both had broken springs. I've done this repair myself a few times, and know how tricky and potentially dangerous it can be. Now that I've got Certified to call, I will not waste my time fixing a garage door again. Outstanding service. We had the garage door torsion springs fixed. Called at 1pm and had a 5pm appointment set right up. Service was fast and cheaper than anyone else. He also corrected a few things that were wrong from the original installation. Would recommend to anyone who needs garage door service.

Called them on a Monday, they were out on Tuesday (probably could have been out there on Monday, but I opted for next day - he mentioned later that they do not charge additional for weekends/evenings). Ian was on the phone with me, very professional, felt comfortable with him coming to my home. He was out exactly when he said he would be and got my springs fixed for a flat 175. I opted to have an additional repair done - replacing all my rollers for only 50 bucks. Definitely a deal. Ian is my new garage door repair go-to guy! And I love that they're a local business, so I'm not supporting some oversized company that outsources its admin staff to save bucks. Highly recommended!

Perfect,professional service by Ian to replace my springs. I had them replaced just about 3 years ago by another company. Other companies would only proivde a 1 year warranty on springs, but Certified provided a 3 year warranty. Ian also went the extra mile to inspect and adjust the garage door opener and all door hardware, and he lubricated everything and gave some excellent instruction on routine maintenance. I work for a company that prides itself on excellent customer service so I appreciate receiving this level of service.

I am so impressed by their service. I work on early schedule, and I found my garage door refused to go up at 5:30 am. I turned on my computer, found some numbers, and they are the only one that is truly 24/7! I paid $175 to replace my both springs. Highly recommend! Very honest business!

He took the time to hide any and all wiring so that it would be out of site and asked exactly where I would like to have keypads and such and even asked if I had wife or kids to help aid with where I might want things so that everything would be within reach for the whole family.
