The worst service I have ever received! The staff was highly unprofessional, all the way up to the "general Manager". The staff does not own up to their own mistakes, nor did they take the opportunity to empathize. I would take my cell phone there ever again if it were the last cell phone repair shop in Tampa. For all I know all other previous good reviews were written by the staff themselves. When I dropped off my cell phone it was legible and able to be charged. 5 hours later, after I picked it up, it over heated when I attempted to charge it. I went back and forth with the staff for 4 business days. They were very unhelpful, to say the least. To top it off, the staff member got mouthy with my spouse.... completely unacceptable/unprofessional!Both "Cellfix" stores on Fletcher and on Florida need to learn GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES!

Had them replace glass screen on I phone 6. When I picked it up the glass screen was not flush in the phone and after 2 minutes of use it went dark, unusable. They took it back to repair again, had it a total of three days, picked it up and after 10 minutes of use went back to a black screen. I brought it to the I Hospital and they fixed the phone in 30 minutes. I hospital said they broke a connection to the lcd screen when replacing the glass. Of course cell fix denied it and would not refund any money. You may pay a little more taking your I Phone to the I hospital but at least it will get repaired right and you you won't get ripped off by this place. I had to give a star rating on this site and it didn't have the option to put no stars so I had to give it 1 star, they are not worth the 1 star.

Thank you for saving my daughter's prized possession that her father said he put insurance on and didn't. Even Lifeproof doesn't protect against running over an iphone with a car. Excellent customer service, patient, professional, knowledgeable, all around great experience. Fair pricing. Open 6 days a week until 9 pm !!!! Extremely convenient, when you have a job, work odd hours, phone is large part of your work and need phone fixed fast and correctly. You can not ask for more out of a company. The worst place. I bought a new phone, and had to wait 3 hours so they can activate it

Cell fix in Tampa fl on Florida ave . This is a horrible place who believes in taking people money and giving bad service. They make you pay upfront before they do anything because they know their service is not good. I paid for them to fix my phone. After I paid them 200$ my phone still was not fix. They did not want to give me my money back and I tried calling the police.

This is the 3rd phone I bought from them ! All are still working except for the one I broke ! Only thing is I feel I was miss lead when I went home to activate it with my Verizon carrier the back of my phone was a t mobile back ! No wonder they gave me a free cover case.

Bought a Samsung Galaxy SIII for around $400, including what they told me to be "Sprint" service. "Prepayd wireless" is what I received. Also paid for 4G data. Received 3G, and was still charged so until I called Prepayd, and they informed me they didn't cover the SIII on their 4G network yet. Four days in, I had to get the battery replaced on the phone, which they did, no problem. Still, I'm left with a phone, not capable of switching carriers (no sim card) or being utilized to it's full potential. Not what I asked for. I trusted them to make the best decision for my smartphone needs, and they took advantage of it seeing dollar signs. Staff not so friendly, overbearing when faced with questions. A type of "know it all" attitude. Now the only question is, are they going to give me a refund, because they didn't even give me a receipt for my purchase.
