1st time patient, called to make appointment was left on hold for 8 minutes. Hung up and called back was put on hold for another 16 minutes, not once on either call did they attempt to come back and acknowledge I was waiting so long without being attended. No hold music just empty air that whole time. Hopefully their medical service is not as crappy as their customer service.
