1IF YOU HAVE RATS DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS EXTERMINATION ‘COMPANY’!
Best pest control more like worst, they do a consultation to talk about what areas the rats might be in blah blah blah they put on a smile and open their palms wide to TAKE YOUR MONEY.... $250 for ONE RAT.
The money is not the problem because I have no issue paying good money for good service but then only 1 ‘exterminator’ came out and set out only 2 traps .. normal rat traps u can buy at Walmart by the way. NO RAT WAS EVER CAUGHT and I am not being given any warranty, refund, or exchange of service.
This place sucks honestly don’t waste your money.
Tony, is the same guy that takes your money while sitting on your couch during the consultation and at the same time he is also the ‘manager’ is rude and will use offensive words over the phone with you even if you are being nice and civilized to him because he thinks he’s a know it all and I know he is money hungry.

We have used there residential service for over 20 years at multiple locations. Their service is professional and effective. When a problem occurs, they respond immediately. Good local company attention.

worthless ethics They will rip you off. They charged me $100. First time they cme in, they didn;t fil any fleas. I called and complained. Second tme they came in they did there job. Next week was the follow up. They didn't kill anthing and said it would cost more for the same treatment.

I used these guys when I was a local realtor then now as a private homeowner.. they are the real deal and work with each customer professionally... I recommend them always!

The only thing I can say is don't use them. The tech showed up a couple of hour late and was extremely difficult to work with.
