Best NY Pizza is the best Pizza Place around! No one compares to them! I love their new website & actually the website is how I got here! I didn't even realize that they had this many great reviews! However, the last review made by "Mynotablememories" was just bogus! I mean really, how can you say you love everything about this place and than complain how they gave you something free but it wasn't what you wanted so there for the "Suckered" you? I can't believe that! I mean they don't have to give anything away for free! That is insane that someone would complain about getting a Buy one get one free offer! People have lost there minds! In anycase, Best NY Pizza never ceases to amaze me! With their friendly staff, GREAT Service & even better food this place is the BEST! The fact that the owner even responded is even better. That's Great Customer Service! I mean they were giving you something FREE & they have to apologize because you didn't read it right? Come on.. Your Still THE BEST!!!

I called them to order pizza and they said- it's dine in only- OKAY- we made special arrangement to go there... get up to the counter... they said, it's dinner menu only... OKAY- well, we ended up spending $41 on Lasanga and a pizza to take home for my husband. NO WHERE on the email coupon did it list these limitations- I felt like I got suckered into something even though we love the food- It was NO deal and I lost my respect for their customer service practices....

A little over 2 years ago, I walked into your pizzeria and I knew immediately, I had finally found New York pizza in Tampa. I am a native of Tampa and was raised in Long Island, New York. I know great pizza! Your establishment reminded me of the pizza parlors in New York. Your staff is friendly, family owned right down to your dachshund. The pizza is heavenly! You take pride in what you do. This evening, I had a taste for pizza and after browsing through the many coupons and menus I have, I decided to go online to the Zagat ratings. I did not want just a pizza, I wanted the best! Low and behold, Best New York Pizza was on their list! Since my SUV is not working, I have not been to your restaurant in a long time but I know your pizza is the best I've had since leaving New York. Your pizza is made with the finest ingredients. In a word, delicious! It's true what they say, "when you've had the best, you forget the rest"! You truly deserve a 5 star Zagat rating!

Wow! This place is impressive! My family and I went to this pizza place the other night, we've been here before but this visit was our best! I love the fact that on a busy Friday night that the owners are so involved! We actually had a very lovely women (who must have been the owner) come over to our table and welcome us! We only spoke to her briefly, but wow, what an impression that makes! That the owners care enough about their customers to make them feel like friends and their staff keeps the store running smoothly enough so they can mingle with us! Bottom Line.... This Pizza place has it all! The Best Food, Service, Atmosphere.. you name it they have it!Thanks for being one of the best local places around! We only come to you for our pizza needs now! -Shelly

Like so many of your customers, I came to FL from New York. Brooklyn to be exact. Throughout the year I have to travel back to NY for various reasons. The first thing I do when I get back is to come here and get a great slab or 2 of square Sicillian. As for the staff, I think they are all great and friendly. Although I think they are getting to know me by now. Keep it up everyone and Happy New Year.

I love this place! It really is the best. They are very consistant with the food. Everytime I go I get exactly what I expect... PEFRECTION! As for the customer service, what do people expect when there are new employees. Give them a chance! THEY ARE NEW! They will learn and become what everyone is used to. You can not honestly expect a new person to know everything about a place they just started working. I have encountered these new employees and have to say that they were nothing but nice and tried to do there best. I understand that they are learning and quite honestly it bothers me when some people complain about new people. We've all been there. Just remember what it's like to be new and give them a break. The food is to die for and overall this is the only place in Florida that I have found authentic NY pizza, great customer service and a warm and inviting place to bring my family. Also we love the new live music they have on Saturday nights! I only hope that they expand!!!

I highly recommend this great pizza restraurant. From the food to their wonderful hospitality from the staff. There pizza is a deliouse slice of New York, I recommend all of them.

FANTASTIC ! , the Pizza is the Best in Florida. Its real New York Pizza. I havn't had Pizza this good since I moved to Florida 10 years ago. Highly Recommended, you deserve to give them a try.

Somewhat true about the staff, but the place is looking wonderful! I love all of the up to date things they are adding! Looks great, not to mention their pizza is amazing nevertheless! Keep it up!

I agree with the previous notes,The new staff is not as attentive and personal as the previous staff members.I hope they do not ruin the reputation of your good customer service and name because the pizza is excellent and they deserve to be called the best.I will continue to do watch for the staff members.

The food was really good, especially the specialty pizzas. Although I feel the customer service could've been a little more prompt and attentive. They have I noticed gone through some changes with their staff, hopefully the new ones will catch on quick. I was a little disappointed on my last dine in.

OMG! This pizza is heaven!!! I'm from up north so coming down here I didn't have high hopes since no one down here knows what a pierogie is or a proper cheesesteak. So my pizza expectations weren't exactly high either. My work had ordered pizza & instantly it was love. Definitely reminds me of back home & the pizzeria's that used to be splashed throughout the towns. This place is worth experiencing. Not only the pizza but the rest of the menu items are fabulous! Run don't walk!!

BEST NY PIZZA Now has Zeppoli Sticks! For all those Zeppoli Lovers out there you have to go and try them! They are really good! I was just in last night and was soooo happy that I tried them! I wasn't sure about them at first, but once I tried them I knew I wasn't going to be able to get out of there without ordering them each and everytime!

So I've been going to this place for a really long time now and still can't get enough! They've recently expanded their menu to include pasta dishes which are to die for! However, this past week I went in and saw something new in their Pizza by the Slice display case... they had these little stick things with powdered sugar on them... Turns out that they are ZEPPOLI STICKS! AMAZING! They are soooooo good! I love Zeppoli's but this creative twist on Zeppolis puts this place on the map! They are so inovated!I can't get enough of Best NY Pizza! Thanks guys for making it easy and affordable to eat REAL NY Pizza in Florida!

I moved down to Tampa in 2003 from NYC. I've always been a pizza snob and these guys are the real deal. We order pies from them every Sunday for football games and my wife and I go there to eat in every couple of weeks. They expanded their dining area, so they must be doing well. As far as their food is concerned, it's great. It's a real taste of what you would find in the NY area. They have an extensive menu, so it's not just pies and slices. I get chicken rolls there a lot and they are awesome. You won't leave hungry, that's for sure. The owners are originally from Long Island and I feel like I'm taking a mini trip to NY every time I eat there. Keep up the great work. My whole family loves this place!

Best Pizza in Tampa...Very fresh...always hot. We were at the card shop next door and tried it and it rocked. you need to try this pizza. Homemade and excellent

EXCELLENT pizza! I enjoyed my visit especially because i'm from up north.. Can definitely appreciate their pizza :-)... The crust wasn't too thick and not at all thin just right... I'd definitely refer this place to any and everyone! Not to mention the employees were very nice... Enjoy :-)
