this company is great i got in my home in less than 45 min and i did not overpay at all .........so thank you ....if they could have gotten here in 30 min that would have been even better

Tonight was the third time I had to use them. Don't ask... anyway once again the tech that came over was really great. Understanding of my situation and made me feel totally comfortable (let's just say that I was left inside a very compromising situation by my nutty girlfriend... - or should i say ex girlfriend at this point). Last time I called the guy that came was the same both times, his name was Dave, this guy I am not sure - but as I said both were here fast and were extremely helpful so thanks.

So, I have a habit of losing things. I'm on my 4th cell phone in the last 6 months. Recently, I had to call These folks to return to my apt and repair a lock that I had stripped at 4am after losing my keys. Not only did he offer me a "repeat customer discount" of about 15%, but he also offered to write the receipt to include the first repair they did (on my dead bolt) which our landlord had ridiculously refused to reimburse (despite multiple emails and phone calls detailing the security concerns)... Anyway, this guy is incredible and I rarely give out 5 stars but he totally deserves it.

have a safe I couldn't open so I called the manufacturer tech but that didn't help either. That's when I called and talked to them and he walked me thru it & suggested several things the tech never mentioned. It worked!! Didn't make a dime off me but you can bet I'll refer them and use their service if the need arises. Thanks !!
