I went there yesterday and everything went perfect. The MRI technician did everything he could to help me get in the right position on the mri table because I am weak and was struggling. He even joked with me to make me feel more relaxed. The woman who gave me a needle of x ray dye was also great-didnt even feel it-seriosly. I havent got my report back yet-(its ready I just havent seen my Dr. yet to discuss the results). My Dr called at 3:00 pm and they had me set up for a MRI at 3:30pm same day! Its unfortunate what that woman said happened about the mass in her breast- BUT the way I look at it- things could have been much worse. This is medical science people-its not 100% accurate-they do the best they can and sometimes the machines malfunction and will show things that arent really there. Be happy and go on with life!

This was the absolute worst experience I ever had in medicine. The front desk was rude and the radiologist made a mistake and diagnose me with a mass in my breast. After seeing my OBGYN and a breast surgeon that could not feel this so called large mass they sent me to another imaging center. When I went to pick up my films I ran into the radiologist getting coffee in the waiting room. I told him that no one could find the mass, he then looked at my films and the report and said he never said there was a mass, this must be a mistake. My family and I spent a month on pins and needles worrying about the worst case scenario for nothing. This place spends to much time trying to see a lot of people instead a good quality. Enter this place at your own risk.

There is never a long wait to get your xrays done. In fact, they will tell you if they do estimate a long wait so that you can come back perhaps the next day rather than wait long hours. The staff is friendly and efficient. Bayview Radiology also welcomes walk-ins.
