Had an unpleasant experience. Very expensive for the service that was given. Asked beautician to cut 1 1/2 to 2 inches twice. at the begining of the appointment and after the color process when I saw only 1/4 to 1/2 inch pieces falling down. I was told>>"I AM cutting it shorter"...politely and confidently so i kept my mouth shut and let her do what she wanted to do. I left the salon looking like a didn't get a hair cut... when I called the next day i was still being polite but stating that I paid for a hair hut and i didnt' get one basically. returned on my soonest time possible with a picture in hand so we could be clear about the length (as if stating an inch and a half to two inches isn't clear enough) and when i suggested to have it cut like the picture (a few more layers in the cut) i was told "no that is a whole new hair cut and I would have to be charged for another haircut." all i could say was WOW..these people don't care if we are happy as long as they got their money.
