I usually love dealing with autozone. I spend 5000 easily there each year (I'm a mechanic.) Here's what I had to put up with in Tampa. I bought a Chrstmas present while down in Florida for my brother. He had to wait until after xmas to pick it up which I was already back home in NC. When he picked up the part it said Chevy Tahoe on the package (it was for an escalade). They insisted it was the right part. After getting back home, he found out it wasn't of course, and then needed to return it. Since I bought it, they needed my credit card to cancel the transaction. After a couple of calls, I got it removed from my card and got the correct one ordered. They were supposed to call me when it got in (2 days). Well, 3 weeks later, no call. I called them and they told me it was in. So I have to deal with getting it paid over the phone so my brother can pick it up. What a pain... Has this place ever heard of gift receipts?
