I had my car towed there when it broke down while I was on the interstate. I am not from Tampa and it was the closest approved place. I was really thinking the worst as I did not know this place. Brian kept me up to date the entire time. Couple of belts, tensioner assembly and it was fixed within 24 hours of them getting the car. I really like to thank them for their honesty, communication and overall satisfaction of their work and very fair price. As I work in Tampa now it is nice to know I have a place to take my car for service without worry. Thanks again!

So fortunate to have found this AAA certified shop close to University Square Mall in Tampa, Florida. Excellent diagnostics and repair recommendations were first explained to me by Grady, a Master Mechanic and also by Brian, the service manager. They showed me some of the many "discoveries" of issues (fluid leaks) with my car up on the rack, it confirmed what I had been seeing as stains on concrete at home where car was parked.They explained what best sequence of procedures could be done first, within my budget...and what later repairs I could address at some future time. I had the drive shaft replaced and its connections repaired along with a complete suspension replacement of old OEM parts I was so appreciative of the steps they took to get this car going again and the knowledge they displayed. I returned in a few months for repair of my AC that hadn't worked in years despite having parts installed at a Chevrolet dealership. The team at AutoPro overcame some interesting fittings and issues due to a slight change in the design of replacement parts. (thanks to Charlie and Grady). Another issue I had addressed was an electrical issue that was always draining my battery. Thanks to the troubleshooting that Brian did, the short was identified and repaired in the courtesy circuit .My car is running better than it has in 20 years (and I used to go to the dealerships for repair issues that really never stayed repaired). AutoPro was very fair in the labor charges and parts replacement. Some of the parts I bought beforehand from NAPA, but when I couldn't find a part, Brian found ways to reach out to other commercial sites to locate the parts that my 22 year old car needed.
