This place is TOP Notch!! As a women I've experienced places trying to take advantage... The guys here have proven to be Honest and Trusteorthy!!! I speak from experience: I was ready and willing to pay $800 for a necessary repair...would have been money in their pockets until the owner informed me of a (unknown to me) secondary warranty that existed on my car. He suggested that I look in to it and if it fell through to come back and he would give me a deal.... A phone call later I found that the deal would pay for all repairs which totaled over $1000 in parts & sevice! From that day forward, there is NO OTHER PLACE That I will go!!!!!

Just came back from getting a rear break job on my 09 VW Jetta 2.0T Wolfsburg. This was my first visit as I'm new to Tampa, and everything from the cleanliness of the waiting room and main entrance area to how organized the facility/work area was struck me as good signs. I explained what I needed done over the phone and a little over 2 hours the work was completed without a hitch at a more than fair price. Congrats! You just earned yourself a lifetime customer. M. We got real tired trying to let these mechanics fix our cars problem with the a/c, we spent $900 and still have no working a/c after 3 visits back since the repair.

My car hit the 156,000 mile mark and was beginning to say ouch! Had Auto-Cratz go over everything. After several taking care of the knocking, coughing, pings, etc, all those sounds when you know something isn't right, I have a car that should last me a long while longer. I cant believe how much money we saved fixing the transmission in our truck. We got two other quotes both of them were $350 more then Autocratz quoted us. They not only fixed the transmission they even cleaned the truck up for us before we picked it up! Thanks! You have customers for life with us!

It looks like you cant make everyone happy out there...I had my car at Tires Plus off of Hanley Rd, they quoted me and I have the estimate to prove it, $2250 for a headgasket repair to my car. The car is probably worth about that exact amount, so I declined the repairs. I begin to call some friends, and my friend Jose recommended me to call Guy over at AutoCratz. Guy informed me that he would inspect my car for free, and that if I needed the headgasket repair it would only be about $1470 for the repair, well of course I need it, but I was able to save $800, and they even detailed my car when they were done with it at no charge. Thanks to the staff at AutoCratz! I am one happy customer!

came here a while back and paid these guys 600 dollars for some various repairs including some front brakes. I was getting an oil change the other day at a place up the road and the guy told me that my brakes were low in the front...come to find out they never changed the pads and they also were suppose to fluch the brakes and the fluid looked very dark as the guy showed it to me....not good..I contacted my credit card company already..not even going back there...stay away or at least to see the old parts.

I was eating lunch at Wendys and getting my oil changed at Autocratz, they informed me that my front brakes were worn out and that my rear wheel had brake fluid coming out of one of the drums, I let them inspect it further they showed me (which was nice for a change) that my wheel cylinder was leaking. Im glad they caught it now, they even brought me back to work and picked me up when the car was done. Thanks

Thanks to Auto-CratZ. I had my F-350 at two other repair shops in the area that also charged me for diagnostic work and repair that didnt fix my originial issue. I was hesitant about bringing my truck to another repair shop but when the owner told me the price to fix what the other shops couldnt find, and guaranteed me that this would solve the problem or he would take the parts back out and simply refund my money. Ive been driving around now for two weeks, no more shaking at idle, startes up everytime and my gas mileage is slightly better. THANK YOU GUYS! I will come back and refer everyone I know to you.

I got my car back from ice cold air after giving them 800 hundred dollars to fix my a/c system, my neighbor told me to about Auto-Cratz. They checked out my car and found a leaking ac hoses, they replaced it for a reasonable fee and now i have been driving around for over two weeks with an ac system that works properly. Thanks to Chris, Guy and Josh for staying late getting my car fixed correclty! I will not go anywhere else!
