Same day service, called in the morning and a gentlemen named Don was here by lunch. Don was professional, diagnosed the problem immediately, and had the parts to do the fix on the spot! Would definitely recommend.

The service provided is quick, professional and reasonable. In the event of unusual circumstances such as limited extended warranties that do not cover what one thought, they take the time and effort to offer equitable solutions and options to help. I will continue to and do recommend them to others.

Contacted this company for washing machine repairs. They were very prompt in their service call arriving at my home in Valrico on the same day. The service technician was very knowledgable and professional. Would recommend this company to anyone needing appliance repairs or service.

My dishwasher had become stuck on a 6 hour delay cycle. I called several service companies and Appliance Center had the most reasonable price for coming over and giving me a diagnosis. Don came over the same day and pinpointed the problem, showed me a way to handle it for now, but pointed out that it is an old machine and could need to be replaced in future.

We used Appliance Center twice now. The first time they helped us solve a refrigerator issue at a reasonable cost. Last weekend we had a problem with our washer making a strange sound and stopping part way through the washing cycle. Both times Don came out and let us know exactly what was happening and what was needed. The refrigerator just needed some new parts he was able to install. The washer is just getting old and needed more time to move to the next cycle. He let us know it was time to start budgeting for a new one but that we didn't need an actual repair at this time. We appreciate Don's honesty and advice and will call Appliance Center if we have future problems.

I own two rental units and manage a few others. I've used Appliance Center over a dozen times in the last couple of years with excellent results, from dryers to refrigerators. No rework has evern been necessary and the repairman (Don) is always courteous, on time and very fast. Their flat service fee is $95 plus parts.
