These people are HORRIBLE. I can almost assure you that the positive reviews were made by the people that "run this company".

Literally, the day I am supposed to move out, they call me 30 minutes before the appointment to tell us "their guy fell down a flight of stairs, NO ONE can make it." A complete joke. Everyone I spoke with is unprofessional. A bunch of lousy scum bags looking to con people with that deposit charge. Don't use this.. it's not even a company. If you need movers go elsewhere. Please don't even bother.

Extremely friendly and helpful and very meticulous with the work. I would recommend them to whoever needs to move.

I am so glad to say, that this move was made effortless by the apartment movers!! they were fast efficient. careful with my things and got it all done in 2 hours. they were courteous and on time. thank you so much.

They really don't deserve any stars., but u can't submit without giving them a star...SMDH...This is the WORST COMPANY ever.They never showed up to get my items,no call...when i called them they kept hanging up or saying we can't hear me.Then when i finally spoke with someone their reponse was "oh I'm sorry our driver died and they were brothers and in the same sentence "they are in critical condition...needless to say they never sent anyone out that day or the next and i booked a month in advance.Then i called for my deposit refund, they said they were putting it back into my account.... well thats been 5 days ago...i called again now they are rerouting me to another number No ANSWER....I will never never ever refer them to anyone....STAY AWAY FROM APARTMENT MOVERS....Also my cousin had a bad experience with them also not showing up . WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...These people are lousy, unreliable, dishonest, and completely and utterly incompetent. I was scheduled for a move Sat Morn 7am...they arrived at 730p (yes, we hours late) after spending hours trying to get them here and at least 20 calls. They brought wrong size truck and to top it off one of the workers was the owners son, still in high school, not a professional mover. Movers were nice however extremely SLOW..... they finished first load at 1130p and asked if they could come back next day b/c they had a 7am move and would be at my place by 10am. I call at 930 to confirm time, no answer, I texted the teen mover and he responded to my text and said had mechanical issues... never called me after multiple attempts to reach them. I called the HQ in Texas and they never answered any of the calls...even sat on hold for over an hour. I am not to day 3 of what should have been a 3-4 hour move..TOPS!! The current supervisor (Rudy) in the HQ office tried to tell me that the items Im requesting them to move were now not a part of the original order....WTF! He is trying to tell me, with an attitude mind you, I have to pay for another 2 hour minimum b/c of the drive time back to my location. I asked to speak to their supervisor, who is apparently the owner of the company: Nils Johnson and guess what...she doesn't take calls.... how convenient. I called the dispatch manager of the Tampa movers and "he isn't in at the moment" but someone took a message and supposedly "will call me back tomorrow"...... These people have cost me time, money, stress, frustration, and I STILL NEED SOMEONE TO MOVE MY STUFF!!! UNLESS YOU WANT A MISERABLE, ANNOYING, FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

I am still working with Apt Movers for a claim I submitted almost an year back, for the damages they caused on newly laid floors in my house !!! Yes, I am not exaggerating...the so called claims process and related communication started in Apr 2014 and still they have not processed my claim with no proper response and claim status...

worst company ever.they broke my new 50 inch TV.They have no idea how move valuable product.It is >150 days didn't get single reply from the company though they said they gonna fix their issue by 90 days.WORST WORST WORST company ever.

We had a comformation number for our move, I even called them the day before to make sure we were all set. On our move date we waited and waited, no phone call no nothing. When I called to see what was going on first I was told the truck broke down then was told I was never scheduled, worst company ever!!!!

Read this before you call this company:

This company hires contractors to rent a truck, hire a homeless person as their second man and do moves. I paid an extra $35 for shrink wrap to protect my furniture and I was assured that it would be protected. It wasn’t until I told the movers that my bedroom set needed to be wrapped, did he pull the wrap out and he didn’t even use padding so I got scratches on my wood vanity set, Armoires, China cabinet and dining room set. My sofas were not completely wrapped and came out of the truck dirty. The mover didn’t even have the tools to take my vanity mirror and bedroom apart. I had to give him mine. He almost broke his neck on the slippery ramp because he did not have the appropriate shoes on. Then he called me several times on his way to the house because he thought he was lost. The only credit I can give them was that they completed the job within the 5 hour minimum, so I didn’t have to pay extra. But I’ll have to buy some furniture markers to touch up the mess they made.

The movers were 8 hours late, came in with a small trailer instead of a truck and overall were unprofessional.
