I recently had my entire AC system replaced by this company and was extremely satisfied with every aspect of their service. Great attention was paid to detail and the installers were most conscientious in their performance. They worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned everything up before leaving. The function of the units were explained to me and any questions I had were informatively answered. I will continue to use this company for future maintenance as they have proven to be reliable and trustworthy as well as polite and courteous.

I called at 7:15pm and had cold air conditioning by 9:30pm. Awesome service and totally trustworthy! He did not immediately try to sell me a new unit. His first priority was doing what he needed to get my current unit working and then gave me all of the information I needed to start planning for a new unit in the future. I've already given his contact information to friends and family. Highly recommended! Many thanks....I will be sleeping cool tonight :-)

I am an absentee landlord who likes to have my tenants happy. Had a problem with the air & had another company out who did a poor job and did not fix the problem. American Heating & Air came out on my tenants schedule, fixed the problem and charged me nothing until the work was complete and the tenants signed off on it. I could not believe the cooperation, service and professional attitude. I will recommend them to my entire family who live in Tampa and Safety Harbor.

Thylden and American Heating and Air Conditioning were not only professional and efficient but friendly, courteous but best of all they had everything complete within a few hours!! I couldn't believe it. As previous customers stated there is nothing pushy or salesy and an amazing value for money, I was expecting a much larger bill! I would definitely recommend them. it's nice to know that honest hardworking people that produce good quality workmanship still exist!! Brrrrrr....it's finally chilly in my house!

Came home on a sunday, and there was NO AIR! Called and Thylden came right out and DIDN'T UP CHARGE ME. Checked out & repaired my system....gave me additional insight as to upkeep and replacement. Was very courteous and prompt and NOT PUSHY. Thanks for keepin me out of the heat! Would recommend to all!
