At USF, we used to use another Horrible printer. All we had were problems, and they were so hard to deal with. Then about 4 years ago Allegra became the official university printer and we have had no problems since. All the staff from the owner, to the customer service staff, to the design department and even the delivery guy are so professional and easy to work with. Oh, and every July they give us free apple pie, just for being customers. Sometimes we have problems on our end and it puts us in terrible time crunches. But Allegra has bent over backwards, getting things done last minute, perfect quality and delivering where ever we need to to make things look good for me. I feel like they make my job easier and make me look good. I appreciate working with their professional team.

Sarah, Debbie, Ernie, and Sam have been taking care of me for many years. When I worked for another company that was hard to please, Allegra jumped through hoops. So when I took over the printing & copying ordering at my new job, I was pleased when I sent out quotes that my boss choose Allegra, because i knew they would make me look Good. They meet my nearly impossible deadlines like no on else can. Work is beautiful and customer service is great. I highly recommend them! A little hard to find, but they will come out to you.
