Would never use them. Customer service is not important to them. We had an air conditioner part that had to be ordered and said it would take a week. They told us that it would be in on Wednesday and it was, however they could not schedule the tech to put it in until the part actually arrived. So when I went to schedule the appointment it took another 5 days until they could have a tech at my house on Monday. They do not allow their techs in the attic in the afternoon according to the office manager. She said their life and their family is more important. That is fine, but when a tech is in the attic for 15-20 minutes to fix something they are not going to die. I would submit my name but already reported them to the BBB and the owner refused to finish working on our air conditioner. It took another company to do the job. The tech took 15-20 to change out a motor as he worked on the exchange in the garage where he was cool as I had a portable air conditioner he sat in front of.
