The Werner Kia dealership is wonderful. I drove two hours away to be serviced(live in South GA). Michael Wyre was our rep. He was so kind and informative. I will be coming back. The drive was well worth it.

Russell Griffin was very nice and upbeat and he made my visit a bit better! I was there to get my tire fixed from a nail stuck in it. He was very polite and seemed eager to help me!

I was very impressed by the communication and treatment I was given by Russell Griffin. It was my first visit on my new Kia Sorento. He was keeping me informed the entire experience as well as had someone else assisting me while he was on lunch. I truly felt a red carpet experience from him and the others around him. It was raining and Marcus the porter offered to move my vehicle under the shelter so I wouldn’t get wet. All I can say is WOW! Thank you for appreciating my business and making me feel special.

Awesome service from Russell, Brian and the team at Werner Kia. Turns out new brakes were not needed for my car. It’s nice to find a service place that is still honest and will not try to sell you something of your car does not need it.
