RAW Construction, LLC is an underground utility construction company formed in February 2004 by Don White, Serena Shaffer, and Mitch Shaffer. R.A.W. installs gas, water and communication utilities via opencut and directional drilling for both municipal and privately owned utility companies. R.A.W. Construction's capability comes from personal years of experience doing similar work around the country, and the same is true for it's employees. All three owners of R.A.W. Construction have 15-25 years of experience in the underground utility industry working with a large company.
