My husband went to the emergency room on January 24th with a heart problem which was not a good experience. However, we were back there on January 31st with the same problem and it could not have been a better experience. We were taken back immediately and treated quickly. Dr. Crowley was our doctor and all the nurses were excellent. The lady at the desk got help for us. There were three RN's in the room with us. Amanda, Ashley and one whose name tag was turned around and I could not get her name. Also, two nursing students from Florida State University. The RN's took time to explaine to them the problem after my husband was ok. It was a good experience and there was not one person who was not caring. They were also short handed that day and still our service was excellent.
