Crooked, would not recommend to anyone. Charged me 240$ (2 hrs labor) to tell me i had a leak and to shut the water main off. Tenant did not know how. Then after 10 minutes said it was late and for my tenant to call Lance Maxwell back out tomorrow to fix the problem!!! 240$ to tell them they had a leak...
