Very helpful and fast service. When my car would not start they sent a man out to me and he fixed my car battery on site. Will certainly be calling them again if repair is needed on cars. Could not be happier with the service.

Went back to have them replace my tire that had a plug in it since it started to seperate. They gave me such good customer service last time I went there to have it replaced. They put on a used tire for very cheap! Great place!

I had a flat tire with a huge bolt in it. Had no clue that you could plug tires. So I was expecting to buy a whole new tire when I went into Jim's. But I didnt! They were honest and told me I could just plug it, which they did for free! Great, honest people. The son isn't too bad himself. ;) But really great service!

Jim Wells has fixed flat tires for me twice and would not charge me. They said to come back. I did go back for boat trailer tires as they know how to treat customers. Very nice folks and hometown service. They will beat or match big stores, give them a chance.

Ive had nothing but good dealings with them over the past two years. First time I went there was with a flat tire plugged no charge. Then I went again with a stuck power window fixed no charge. Then I went again to buy a couple stem valve caps just take these, no charge. Finally I thought I had to give them some money, so I went in to buy four tires for my car they said I really only need to replace the front two. What other tire shop would be that honest? Then I went in for a brake job, again I was told only the front brakes needed replacing, rear brakes were fine. These people are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and above all honest. There is no sleaze factor whatsoever. Jim Wells Tire Center has earned my trust I do not trust, and will never shop again at one of these chain tires shops.

Jim Wells Tire is a great family business. Fast and friendly service is what you will get here, the workers are always willing to help anyone with any automotive issue they might have. So if you love friendly people, fast service, and reasonable prices then Jim Wells Tire is the way to go!!!!!!! ;)
