      Jake is one of the few outstanding brake and front end professionals to be found. He is committed to getting the job done right and he is committed to honesty. More than once I have pulled in with what I thought was a problem only to find that Jake could take care of it quickly and without charge. It is about customer service over the long term that he is concerned with.
