Operational for more than 25 years, Florida Housing Finance Corporation works to provide affordable housing for Floridians by maintaining partnerships with local, state and federal agencies, affordable housing developers and nonprofit organizations. It offers rental housing programs that include the multifamily mortgage revenue bond, low-income housing tax credit, state apartment incentive loan and Florida affordable housing guarantee, elderly housing community loan and home investment partnerships programs. Florida Housing Finance Corporation additionally provides various homeownership, predevelopment loan, and disaster recovery and workforce housing programs. It also provides a range of services in the areas of homelessness, government resources, elder and supportive housing, and housing finance and policy.
