Founded in 1917, Father Flanagan Home for Boys, now known as Boys Town serves more than 51,000 children throughout the United States. It offers life-changing youth and health care programs organization provides the right services at the right time based on a child s or family s needs. Boys Town offers children and families services in their homes and family-like out-of-home services to children with special treatment needs. The organization works with communities and schools to meet needs of children and families. Under the direction of Father Steven Boes, Boys Town assists over 1 million each year through its youth and health care programs. Its national headquarters and largest child-care facility are located at Village of Boys Town in Nebraska. Boys Town maintains a location in Tallahassee, Fla.
