I went there for a thermostat manifold replacement and ended up with my intake being taken apart and told it had to be replaced. when i got the car back it was missing some parts like the AC compressor along with other part to be listed later. Ford is currently making a list for me because they did regular maintenance for me. they stated it was missing a few things. i have tried to contact the Adams Auto with no results. I am going to contact the police and file a report along with the Ford dealerships inventory. after this i will try to contact Adams again to see if they will replace the parts or i will be forced to pursue this another way. thank God i have pictures of the motor prior to bringing it to them, and Ford has been doing general maintenance on the car. All i would like to see is the parts being restored to the car and this incident will be over, if not i will get a lawyer i have known for a long time to handle this. they stripped my car while working on it.
