It is TPC%0Uas intention to be part of the design and construction team from the very beginning of each project until after the facility is turned over to the client and open for use. One of the most important pieces of information that a potential client will need to have in order to make informed and accurate decisions pertaining to their project is the projected realistic cost of construction.
