Sound Options was founded in 1989 by Mary Lynn Pannen, a Registered Nurse and Certified Care Manager. Recognizing the families facing a health care crisis or aging complications that require advocacy and personalized coordination help, Mary Lynn carefully selected a highly skilled and compassionate team of registered nurses, social workers, care support staff and caregivers. VillagePlan's President, Jennipher Ama continues the tradition and dedication of providing high quality services that produce a healthier journey and peace-of-mind for all family clients, institutions and professional providers across the State of Washington.
