Established in 1891, Bryant Montessori School is an academic institution that offers educational classes to students in pre-kindergarten through grade eight. It operates a library and offers physical education services. The school supports before- and after-school programs. Bryant Montessori School operates curriculum centers that are comprised of learning materials, such as fascinating mathematical models, maps, botany charts, classified nomenclature booklets and collections of natural specimens. It maintains an academic curriculum that includes Spanish, art, math and reading. The school is a part of Tacoma Public Schools, which has more than 50 elementary, middle and high schools and over five alternative learning sites.
